flippingideas
Aloha fellow members!!! Where I work we are creating our branding and we are on the selection for our typeface. Ideally this type has to work on print and digital format. We are in between Raleway, Bw Helder, Montserrat and Helvetica Neue. I need some advice on what is better for both realms, specially advice on Bw Helder that is first time I use it, Im familiar with the other ones. Thank you for your time and attention. Ralf Herrmann
Maybe continue your search? Helvetica—boring as hell since everybody uses it for decades. Raleway, Montserrat—the ‘geometric sans trend’ that is going on for years. So also rather boring. They work fine on screens though. Helder—it has a unique design, so its the only real ‘corporate design font’ from the selection to give the brand a unique voice. But its not a convincing design to me, especially for copy text. 3 Link to comment
flippingideas
Would be a bit difficult to convince the decision maker to get more options into the vote. Thank you for the advice @Rafl Herrmann! Link to comment
Abraham Lee
Atlas Grotesk, by Christian Schwartz, or Concourse, by Matthew Butterick, might be worth looking into, if you're allowed more options. Link to comment
