Looking for the font used in this youtube video series (Half-Life/wayneradiotv)

The font was first used in April 2020, here's a link to the video I found it in https://youtu.be/vPSTvYB-gxs?t=100.

At first I thought it was Retron2000, but I found it wasn't quite right! I've obviously been unable to find it myself.

I'd like a free alternative if possible, but any digital version will do.
