Looking for this classic serif typeface (New Volumes by M.Giesser)

Hi everyone, can anybody help me to identify what typeface this classic sans serif is. It looks like an adaptation to 'Bembo'. I think this because the only classic sans serif typeface I know with flattened bases on the lowercase p's and q's is Bembo. However, the lowercase y is slightly different in the typeface I am trying to find, as Bembo has a flattened base on lowercase y, whereas this one has a curved base. Also the '&' in both typefaces are different. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
