Traditional embossed license plates do not use fonts in the way we usually think of them (e.g. something you can install on your computer). 

It’s created from a set of templates specifically made for this purpose. And often, there isn’t even a need to name that “font”, since there is just the one set of letters and numbers without a need to distinguish them from other fonts through a name.
