Font for Restaurant design

Hi,

We are making brand for new restaurant and the owner want it to be as glam as a place he once say in Istanbul. Please see photo attached.

The bottom font look like - Neon tubes font (Neon Light Typeface)

As for the one above it got me totally confused.

Appreciate your help Gurus.

No fonts were used for this. This is just the result of the physical restrictions of neon signs. So the maker of that sign basically just created it this way for this individual sign.
