Looking for the font used on the Jim'll fix it badges from the 80s

I'm looking for the font used on The BBC show 'Jim'll fix It' badges from the 1980's.

I've attached an image of the badge from Shutterstock.

I have found a few similar fonts but none which have both the 'R' and 'M' on the badge.

I suspect that maybe will have to combine 2 fonts.

This is for a personal graphic design project.
