Morning all (at least it is for me)

This one has me utterly stumped, I can't find anything like it. Would anyone have the remotest clue what font this could be? Sorry about the image quality, its the best I can come up with!

I leave it here because I just stumbled upon these. The style of the sample has similarities with something like Française or Toulouse Lautrec Theatre Antoine.
