Looking for numbers and words clock channel font (Vietnamese VTV)

I'm looking for the font for these numbers and words. I think it's a basic font but the heavy, thin line, and the specific numbers "1, 2, 5" make me can not find the exact font that I need. Moreover, it's a little bit like the Indecise Regular and Mosquito Formal Regular font when I check on WhatTheFont but actually not exact. I took these from the clock of the Vietnamese VTV channel. Thank you!
