Looking for the font of this local trucking company, Noveer Trucking

I am recreating this logo for a client and I cannot find the font. It is a small company, so I do not have a website or anything to reference, unfortunately.

The font looks very similar to Serpentine, but there are little differences. It also looks as if the font has been stretched or distorted, but I could be wrong.

It’s a free font called Air Millhouse Italic, perhaps inspired by some logo originally based on Serpentine Oblique. 

Unfortunately I couldn’t find any reputable source where to download it.
