Looking for the font on the album cover of Dinosaurchestra by Lemon Demon

I've been looking for this font forever and have found many similar but not the one. The E is what gets me every time. At this point I'd be happy just to know the name of it but I'd prefer a download too. Even better if it's free

Mostra Nuova has the right |N| and |E| (using an alternate), but no plunging |M|.

Kobalt Kartoon could also be considered similar.

The closest I could find, however, is probably Mesmerize, and the |E| could be just a customisation (along with the shaping and drop shadows).

Looks like an artificially condensed setting of Novel Gothic to me.
