Is a old traditional convex enamel over heavy gauge metal street sign.

Do you know when it was made (roughly)?

If it’s from before the computer era, it was usually just a custom set of letters the makers of those signs had for their own use. So it might not have a trade name (like letterpress fonts) or a digital counterpart.
