19th century font from Scott stamp album

Hi all,

Was hoping someone would be able to help me out with this one!

These are from this Scott stamp album that was issued in the late 1800s/early 1900s. I've attached a few examples, and there are tons more in the Google Books link. 

Any leads (or better yet, an ID) would be greatly appreciated - cheers!

Which text are you asking about? The text above the the stamps, the text on the stamps or the last three lines?

Sorry, should have clarified! Not the text on the stamps, but above and below it (same font, I think?). Thanks!
