kathleen08 Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 Hello typography gurus! The image is from the cover of The Princess Bride printed sometime between 2003 and 2017. Edwardian Script ITC sure seems to be a match for most of the title, but I can't find the alternates for the uppercase T or P, and the ss at the end of Princess is different. Is it a different font? Do I just not know how to find the alternates (I am pretty good with the glyphs palette in Illustrator). A combination of fonts, or custom work? Thank you so much for looking! ~ Kathleen
Solution Riccardo Sartori Posted February 17, 2022 Solution Posted February 17, 2022 The |T| and |P| seem lifted from (or custom jobs heavily inspired by) Shelley Script/English 111. I can’t see a mismatch with the |s|. 1
