What you posted was hand lettered/hand engraved.

While it vaguely resembles some 19th century display typefaces, I am not finding anything similar in a digital typeface.

Reminiscent of Art Gothic and related typefaces.

Have a look at some of the typefaces Frank Lloyd Wright used in his architectural work: Eagle Feather would have a similar vibe but not exact. https://www.myfonts.com/search/Frank Lloyd Wright FLW Terracotta has a good vibe.
