Looking for a font to match this type used on an old emblem

Hi All. Can young help recommend a font that is as close a match to these letterforms from an old emblem?

The only letters we have are a capital 'C' and a capital 'P'. We're particularly keen to fined numerals to match.

Any help would be much appreciated!
