Font on British Child's Ration Book 1943(ish) onwards

Hello All,

Long story but I thought I'd make my 9 year old some 'screen use' licences (to limit Nintendo time) - half hour slots signed off by The Ministry of Mum & Dad. I thought it would be fun to make them look like official WW2 docs.

I started looking at Ration Books. It's pretty obvious the Ministry of Food adult ones from the 40s use Gill (unsurprisingly), But I came across these children's ones which have this really interesting sans for the title with the end strokes of the R and K flicked to end parallel to the baseline. If you Google 'Children's Ration Book' you'll find quite a few examples.

Any idea what it is, anyone?!

Thanks in advance.
