Font used in my apartment building's logo

I'm creating some posters for my apartment building and am looking for the identical font used as it is being used in a number of locations throughout the building (also keen to fix the kerning!)

I've tried a bunch of sites like WhatTheFont without any luck.

“APARTMENTS” seems to be set using Gotham, while “ɅDVENTRED” appears to be a different (see |E|R|) typeface with an upside-down |V| used for |A|.

Unfortunately, there are no distinctive letters apart for |R|, so it’s pretty difficult to pinpoint the exact font among the numerous almost indistinguishable geometric sans offerings (even if there were no further modifications beside the |V/A| swap).

You could try What Font Is using just “DVENTR” to see if you can find something suitable.
