Looking for the name of a font used in an old Wildland Firefighting crews logo

I am looking for the name of this font, We are trying to duplicate this font on other stickers to make every logo, lettering, etc match. I don't have any more source information than the attached picture.

 

Some of the characteristics I am looking for is the horizontal lines through the H and A not being in the center of the letter (on a vertical axis) and well as the slight condensed nature of the lettering and the distinct serifs on the S's and T's. 

 

The company that produces items with our logo have told us they only have the font Berling Bold on file for us, but there are clear differences
