If the date attached to the font file (5/26/93) is to be believed, it is old enough that the details of its creation may not be retrievable (it’s a TrueType font, and that format was only introduced in 1991). I found just one reference to it on the WhatTheFont forum from 17 years ago, and the responses weren’t any more enlightening. Link to comment
