Help identifying the font used by my client's previous designer (Adult Volunteer)

Hello!

If possible, please can anyone help me identify the font used by my client's previous designer. It's the only font he outlined in the pdf file.

It is used in an advert/A5 leaflet that has been used for the past 4-5 years & now my client wants to update it. My client is the Reserve Forces & Cadets Association so the artwork belongs to the reigning monarch but obviously the typeface doesn't. Unfortunately the previous designer has ceased trading but didn't send the working files to my client.

I have found one simlar that I can use if needs be but it would be nice to be consistant.

Many thanks in advance!
