Looking for the name of typewriter font from 1960s UFO book

From the book The Shaver Myster and The Inner Earth. It was publishing in the 1960s but not sure when the typewriter is from. I know finding a digitized version is unlikely, but a name and/or typewriter model identification would be amazing. Any leads are appreciated!

The uppercase is reminiscent of both Bookman Old Style and Old Roman, but I didn’t find references to similar typewriter styles.
