Trying to ID this NHS occupational therapy letter tile font

My MIL recently had a stroke and is now unable to speak or write, however her brain appears to be working reasonably well, and she is now at home doing therapy so she can regain speech/writing/comprehension skills. My partner and I were given some letter tiles (not a full alphabet, sadly) by the NHS Occupation Therapist helping her, I've attached a picture of the tiles. At the moment, we write a few short words and get her to try to spell them out using the letter tiles. Sometimes she confuses letters, but we don't know if that's because her brain is mixing them up, or whether she is failing to recognise the difference between the handwritten letters and the tile font.

We would like to know, if possible, which font this is, or something very close. That way we could print out the letters to spell words in the list, perhaps that will help her with spelling. Also we'd be able to fill in the missing letters from the alphabet. So we're looking for a digital font, if anyone can help that would be wonderful.
