It's a Mairon font, possibly rip off of Ringbearer font, that is itself a rip off of font from The Lord of the Rings.

Thank you so much for your help, MissNobody. I am sorry to learn this is a rip off of a rip off, as I was hoping to find a legitimate font with a commercial license available, but I am very grateful to know the truth.
