Looking for Old Black Jack Shirt Font

Have a client who needs some new shirts put together based off some old versions they have. Haven't had any luck identifying the font so we can recreate it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

BLACK JACK is similar to Screwby, but not an exact match. The 4 is likely a different typeface entirely, but no luck with a match to it, either (yet).

Are you sure it isn’t a custom logotype?

I don't think so. These are embroidered shirts from an old bar league. Can't imagine them developing actual original artwork for it. Would just be an old font that's been arched.

Do you know when (the year) the shirt was created?

Not really. There's a photo with the old team, looks like early-mid 80s maybe.

So likely a phototypesetting face, not a digital typeface. That helps narrow our search parameters.

In addition to Screwby, Sprocket is similar. Unfortunately, I’m not finding anything closer to your sample—the original typeface may never have been digitized.

Sprocket is awfully damn close, so much so I'd bet that this artwork is a variation from the original bitstream font packs back in the day. Pretty sure I have that one floating around on a drive somewhere. Appreciate the help.
