Book was published by David Nutt of London.

Two possibilities: Norman, from the Michaelmas Specimens of Printing Types (1883). It has similar serif details and the same bowed crossbar on the H, but its R is a bit more traditional (upcurved foot).

Celtic, which I found in Franklin Type Foundry’s Book of Specimens (1889), is perhaps a better match; the H has a bowed crossbar and the R is closer to your sample.

Celtic would make sense given that Nutt was a Celticist.
