Font used for denominations on Casino Aztar MO poker chips

Hello all,

I'm trying to find out two things -- whether the typeface used for the denomination on poker chips from Casino Aztar MO is a font or hand-drawn... and of course, if it's a font, which one. 🙂

I believe the chips were produced in the mid-1980's.

It's also used for the denomination and text on several other chip sets from different casinos, including the World Series of Poker chips from the Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas NV. These were produced and used in the late 1990's / early 2000's and are now obsolete. (Note that "HORSESHOE" is a different typeface from the "WORLD SERIES OF POKER" and denomination.)

All images are linked from the Chip Guide at the Museum of Gaming History (themogh.org).

It's plausible that these are hand-drawn, although it seems unlikely since they are used on several different chip runs from different casinos in different states.

The top one Casino Aztar is "Colossalis Bold" from Linotype.

The bottom one Horseshoe is "Playbill" from Image Club

Thanks, but that wasn't what I was asking. (I already knew both of those.) I'm looking for the font used for the denomination, e.g. $5, $25, etc.

There is the chance it’s a specialised typeface, possibly only numerals, used by whatever machines were used to print chips, not available as digital font.

The best I can find is Westward JNL, but clearly not a match. You can also look for “French Clarendon”.

I believe it is called "Cassidy Regular,” but I can only find sketchy download sites for it:
