The artist used this font for the movie Summer of 84, which was made in 2018. I came across this font browsing movie titles and I want to try and use it for a project I have. The font doesn't have to be an exact match I'm open to any alternatives that may be floating around. I tried to use the font matcher websites and none of them can find a close match. Link to comment
Solution Member Geo… Posted September 5, 2018 Solution Share Posted September 5, 2018 Look over some of the alternatives here: https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=110&page=1&fpp=100&text=SUMMER+OF+84 In the specimen string, use SUMMER OF 84 so you can be sure the font has numbers; many don't. Member Kev… Posted September 5, 2018 Share Posted September 5, 2018 It doesn’t seem to to be a typeface—likely hand lettered. Similar, but lacks numerals—Another Danger Font. Whiphand is also similar, as is Feast of Flesh. 1 Link to comment
