Help needed identifying typeface, possibly uncial version of Helvetica? (Baden, Switzerland)

Seen this font around a few places in Baden, Switzerland. It's leaning more towards Celtic and Uncial forms (especially the E and d), but also using elements from Helvetica. 

Free version good, but identification is the main thing. I've looked at several hundred possible fonts at this point, and I'm running out of ideas.

The samples show two distinct typefaces. I couldn’t find a match for either one of them.

The first one could be architectural lettering, and the second a custom logo, thus not fonts.
