Italy Square Slab Serif Italic Typeface Name?

I am wondering if any typefaces are close to this? Tried a few online resources but no luck. Retraced the letters "ital".

Inspired by the sign, I created something in Fontstruct. You will need to skew the type 5° to match the sample.
