Trying to assist a new client in recreating business card (Alamo Trust)

The designer of these cards set the font to outlines to prevent the client from going elsewhere - I need to try and ID the font suite used on the graphic attached. Any and all help would be appreciated - identifont and whatthefont failed to get a clear match.
