Hi there, 

Does anyone know a good match to this?

Sample is from 1884.

The lower case is very similar to "Blackletter 686" not identical but very close.

The upper case characters are very different though.

Maybe there is an alternative version with different caps out there.

It could be: see, for example, the variety of designs for capitals in different versions of Old English (of which London Text, Stempel's original design, appears to be an open version), but it would be hard to find it as a digital font.
