I'm having trouble identifying the font used for the 10 WILLIAM ST logotype. Is it hand rendered or a digital font? If hand rendered Does anyone know what it is based on?

It looks like it was drawn using a marker. the “10 WILLIAMS ST” uses a style common with markers with a large square angled tip. Somewhat recently this type of so-called “reverse contrast” has started to flourish also in digital typefaces (albeit from different historical sources).

It was Riccardo. 😉

Ralf would say that there are probably two unrelated styles in the original image. The first one looks hand-drawn. The second one looks like a logo created by pushing a typeset text upwards with multiple copies and then editing parts of it (e.g. the T).

Oh 😊 sorry Riccardo. You have been most helpful though! I did exactly as you suggested and took Europa light and duplicated it multiple time as an overlay, outlined font and merged to create the variable weight.
