Looking for the font used on The Birth Posters.

My wife had shown me these in passing and all I could focus on was the beautiful numbers. I'd love to know what font this modern sans is. It looks like it has a decently robust family judging by the different weights on the attached example.

It looks like they're used on posters by a company called The Birth Poster www.thebirthposter.com.
