Glaze Medium font?

We have been supplied an indesign file to our studio, without the packaged fonts as we always buy commercial licences. The Font missing is called Glaze medium and looks like the example attached. I've searched high and wide to find it on a multitude of font platforms but drawn a blank. Does anybody recognise it and know where I might be able to purchase it. I've got a feeling it might be an svg font.
