Looking for the font used by our local community center (’t Grinthuus)

Hi people,

I am looking for the font used by our local community center.
As there are a lot of volunteers, somebody at some point in time designed it for them and now nobody knows where it came from and i only have a image of it.
Now i have been asked to create a small website and thought it would be nice to use the font for headings.

I have tried some online font finders but sadly couldnt find anything close to it.

Any help would be appriciated
