The title credits for Joker were designed by Antenna Creative- based in California. They based this off older hand lettered pieces (Joker's "the end" title used the same lettering from the end of Citizen Kane). This article here from Antenna's website goes into detail of their painstaking process to replicate this lettering- and it's not a digital font available for download. Pretty fascinating stuff.
