Looking for the font of the title of a Japanese magazine, Popeye

Second image is from someone who I guess imitated the first one.

I would appreciate it much if you identify any of these fonts.

I did not find a match. I suspect it is lettering, or a custom typeface from a Japanese designer (also because the highlights are placed in the opposite direction from what is typical in western typefaces).

The current logo appears to be a redrawing and refinement of the original hand-drawn logo.

There are enough subtle differences in the logo that guarantee it is redrawn.
