Please tell the similar font if you know

This looks like a font called 'Dollar Bill' but the letter 'L' differs too much — having had another look, it's actually a very similar font just called 'Dollar' — However, I think the horizontal hashing/shading has been applied manually. Also, the font 'Dollar' doesn't have numbers so the number '8' seems to be something as simple as Times Roman [but it's been turned upside down to pack the letters as closely together as possible].
