  5. There are many of this kind of “mashup” serif+sans typefaces, especially from the Nineties. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find an exact match. Similar designs of interest may include: Dead History; Amplifier; Andromeda; Missive; FF Fudoni.

  7. This font was used by Wizards of the Coast LLC in several books for the Dungeons and Dragons game (3.5 edition). The images provided here are from "Tome of Magic" (2006). I'm trying to find out the name of the font. Links to either free or commercial versions of the font are also helpful. Thank you. That "t" is very distinctive.
  8. Now I have learned that this is a hideous design error. Any other unforgivable sins in it?
  9. My son's tennis club has the same problem in it's logo. I am tempted to offer to redo it to reduce my weekly irritation.
  10. Yeah, I'm an amateur. If you saw my other designs you might lose your lunch. 😄
  11. I winced when i saw the just missing connections.
  12. Looking especially at the a_r joint in your sample, it is pretty evident that the letters were meant to connect. If you want to separate them, just increase the tracking.
  13. Thanks! The one I used has the letters separated, but this Lavanderia is very close. Perhaps the mystery can still be solved.
  14. It looks based on a stretched James T. Edmondson’s Lavanderia.
  15. Hey all. I did this around 2014. I can't remember which font I used at the time. I may have altered the capital L and I'm not sure where the swash tail came from. Any help? Thanks! Lactucaman

    Serif font for blogging

Hello guys, I want to thank you for your help. I've decided to use Myriad Pro of Typekit first, with the reason that somehow a sans serif font looks more friendlier to "me" and I don't want my blog to be like a newspaper and such. It seems that serif fonts and I haven't become good friends until today. However, I got in love with TT Commons of Typetype and I am planning to buy them for my website soon or later. Yes, it's expensive for a personal use, but I love them. For now I am happy about how my website is and I'm going to focus on the content (finally). Thank you again!

    Cascadia Code

Cascadia Code was developed hand-in-hand with a new Windows Terminal application. Microsoft recommends the use with terminal applications and text editors such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
  19. It appears to be Stahl's Varsity Medium, and is custom to this company. You can buy letters from their catalog. You might be able to generate vector art files of what you need with their CadworxLIVE tool.
  20. Hey guys! A customer dropped a jersey off & is looking to get some shirts done with the SAME exact font style as attached. I have tried finding the font on my own, with no luck. I really need to get this art finished today if possible. All fonts are fine, commercial, free alternative, whatever works. I was having a hard time finding a font that replicated the 'C' & 'Z' especially. Does anyone happen to know the font name? Or possibly where to download it? Thanks in advance for the help! - Lindsey at Trenz
