  2. You are right, thanks a lot!!!
  3. I came across this image of the letter 'R' on a google search of saloon type fonts but the image link was broken. I'm looking for a digital version. Commercial fonts are fine.
  4. Looks like Charlottenburg (Classic).
  5. Can anyone help identify this lovely font? I found this image within a folder of saved inspiration and its perfect for an upcoming project but sadly can't find the name of the font anywhere. I have tried all the font identifiers as well as scrolling through a few font foundry websites but had no luck. My guess is that it is a fairly new commercial font from a small type foundry, but sadly this is all the information that I have. Thanks a lot for your help!

interesting font in park in Catania sicily

Keep in mind that it could just be hand-painted without an existing font.

I don't really think the Rivanna font is the solution. clearly the font is not as interesting others as it was to me!

  13. Fantastic ! That was exactly it. It fits perfectly over my template (except for the new slightly improved kerning, of course) (… which doesn't make that design any nicer). And just when I was beginning to accept defeat, too. Thank you very much, Kevin ! P.S. : Unfortunately, I could only mark one answer as the solution (and Bjørn was first), but yours is certainly as deserving as his.
  14. The type set on the circle appears to be Korinna. The swash K is Mellisa Outline , which sadly has never been digitized (used to be available via Letraset as a dry transfer typeface).
  15. I suspect all of it is hand-lettered, but Little Micro Sans Bold could be artificially compressed to get you close.

Looking for fonts used in boutique store logo.

COLLECTION is too small and doesn't contain enough distinctive letters (e.g., S, G, M) to definitively pin down, but Brandon Text comes close, as does Noir Standard.

Looking for the font on this sign.

And for the other type nerds out there who are curious about the script face, it is Albret.

Rigot, artificially outlined and with an offset shadow added. Also similar—Magnat.

Looking for the font on this sign.

    Ostrich Sans Inline
  20. The majority of the lowercase and the F appears to be based on Berthold Bodoni, but the C is more Baskerville and the s is more Walbaum. Definitely a custom logotype, but with this one referencing so many sources it is really a Frankenlogo.

Font for: Leo Sayer - Endless Journey?

Very similar to Dempsey, but the R isn't quite a match.
  22. Hello, I came across this sign and I can't find the font of the name ASHER for the life of me. Would anyone know which one is it and where I can find it? Many thanks in advance.
  23. Need to design additional logos to match this CareFirst logo and cannot find the original font name. Its been obviously altered (the E and the FT) but I feel like it must be an existing font. If you care to see on web, its www.carefirst.com. Thanks in advance.
  24. I'm looking for help identifing the typefaces used in the attached image. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
  25. Anyone recognise this font from The Essential Leo Sayer Endless Journey? It's got a very distinctive S and E but can't find it anywhere. Just need it identified for now. Many Thanks.
  26. Bummer! Thank you so much for the identification though, super helpful. 🙂
  27. @Ralf Herrmann that’s a bummer! I’ve been doing my head in trying to figure it out. Would you have any idea what the font would be for the “fatbo”, ignoring the “y”. Unfortunately this is all I have to go off
  28. Modern Gothic by Gary Cooke (1977, Zipatone Foundry). Sadly, it does not appear to have ever been digitized.
