  • Italic | Definition and Translations

    Italic type is a cursive font based on a stylized form of calligraphic handwriting. Usually (but necessarily) italics appear slanted.

    German: kursiv
    Italian: corsivo
    Norwegian: Kursiv
    Polish: kursywa
    Portuguese: itálico
    Russian: курси́в
    Spanish: Itálica
