can someone please help me with this one?

The top line looks like Times, but it seems to be a bit wider.

Yes using "What The Font" app it says it could be Times New Roman PS Pro Bold, Times New Roman PS Cyrillic Pro Bold, Times New Roman OS Bold etc the other possiblity is Nimbus Roman Korean Bold or another Nimbus.
