Hello! I am looking for exact font name used on the 2nd page of book "Vril or Vital Magnetism" (see the picture) published in Chicago by A. C. McClurg & Co. in 1911, republished in 1970 by Health Research Box.

It looks like it was set with a typewriter or otherwise stamped, not printed. 

Typewriter “type styles” have specific history and evolution, parallel but different from those of printing fonts.

For a correct identification you will have a better chance asking on a typewriter focussed forum, keeping in mind that chances are that there will be no digital font equivalent.
