I need help finding the font used in an alternative logo for the Russia 1 television channel from 2002

I want to know what font this is. I assumed it is Room Bold, according to a closed channel called Strana (country) which referenced it in the design portfolio. However, this logo was used since 2002, way before Room Bold's creation in 2014. The logo is from Wikipedia's article about RTR Planeta. I would like the font, and if it's paid, then a free alternative.1920px-RTR_Planeta_logo.svg.png
