This is a distinctive font (look at the g), but I can't find its name. Samples are from "Tome of Battle", a 2006 hardcover for the "D&D" roleplaying game, published by Wizards of the Coast. Appreciate anyone who can identify. Thanks.

Found: it's a mix of two fonts, "Confusebox" by Robotic Attack Fonts and "Abaddon".
