I only have this low resolution photocopy to go off of.  Anyone know what these darn fonts are?  They looks like so many but are slightly different.  I have used all of the tools at my disposal and I've not come up with the correct fonts. please help

The sample is indeed very poor in quality, and that makes it difficult to pick up details that could help distinguish among many similar typefaces.

The best I could find are Hyogo and Montserrat.
