Looking for the font on Funkadelic's "Free Your Mind... and Your Ass Will Follow"?  Released first in 1970 on Westbound Records, this picture is of a reissue from the 90's. The orientation of the women and photo used is different as well as the size, colour and arrangement of text elements but the font is the same. The font is similar to but isn't Keep on Truckin. 

Scriptorium has it as Estoril. I don’t know the original name or history.

There also is a less faithful rendition called Koooky (caps-only).
