Hello my fellow font nerds,

I recently came across this title lettering for Vox Media’s On The Verge Event (https://voxmediaevents.com/ontheverge/site) and was quite impressed. I would love to use it in future design projects but failed to identify the font. I wonder if someone can help me out.

Thank you very much!

Dirk

Sorry, but I can’t find any evidence that it is a typeface—it appears to be a custom logotype, created by mixing and matching parts of two weights of something like Montreal.

But with so little of each letter visible, backtracing it to a source is difficult.
