Courier Std Medium and Courier Std Bold for the main text

Azo Sans Uber Regular for CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST and number of ID card

on the back of t shirt the last words «Signature.....blah-blah-blah» is Cosmopolitan

all of these fonts you can find on adobe fonts =)

CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST looks like Futura Extra Bold to me. That G, the M, and the 1 on the back point to Futura.
