Hi, thanks for taking a look, I have tried searching but haven't got anywhere in two days.

It has a slashed zero, a stepped V and is fairly geometric. The source of the image is from work done by Clement Balavoine, links below.

In true form, as soon as I posted this I discovered it - its Neubau Architekt! OF COURSE! Facepalm.
